While bagged products can work for small projects, bulk soil and mulch offer fresher materials, better quality control, and more value overall. Bagged products often sit in storage for months or longer which can lead to mold, odors, pest contamination, and nutrient loss. With bulk materials, you’re getting freshly processed soil and mulch that’s properly aerated and easier to inspect before purchase. Our bulk products are locally sourced and handled with care, giving you cleaner materials, healthier results, and confidence in what you’re putting into your landscape or garden.
We have 2 sizes: 1 cubic yard and ½ cubic yard at this time we do not sell our bulk items in smaller quantities. We do have 2 bagged products: our planting mix and worm castings.

If you’re placing a delivery order of more than 9 yards or tons, give us a call-those larger orders qualify for discounted pricing, and we’ll be happy to get you an exact quote
Absolutely, if you pay with check or cash, you will save 3.5%. We also offer senior and veterans discounts at 10% off.
Due to the size of our loaders, we can only load into an open-bed truck or trailer. Please be aware of your truck or trailer’s weight capacity on arrival to avoid exceeding the limit.
For your convenience we have added the weight of 1 cubic yard to each product description.
We aim to place your delivery in the most convenient spot for you. However, Final placement is up to the driver to ensure the truck doesn’t get stuck, especially in less-than-ideal yard or weather conditions. Be sure to have a second placement idea in mind just in case, that is where the truck does not leave either pavement or gravel road.
Yes, we recommend bringing a tarp to cover your load or to cover the sides if it’s not a closed in trailer or has holes on the bottom to prevent losing product. If you don’t have one, we offer tarps for sale at our location
If you need a delivery of more than one product, it will require separate deliveries and additional delivery fees. Our trucks do not have the ability to separate products. The movement of the trucks during transport will cause products to mix. If you don’t mind mixing the products it can be on the same delivery.
To ensure we can accommodate your preferred delivery date, we kindly ask that you place your order at least one week in advance. This allows us to coordinate with our team and schedule deliveries efficiently.
We understand that sometimes you may need materials on a shorter notice, and while we will do our best to fulfill last-minute requests, we cannot guarantee same-day or next-day availability. Please call us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find the earliest available delivery slot. You are also more than welcome to come down and pick it up with a truck or trailer during business hours.
Yes! We’re happy to take delivery orders over the phone. Please call our office to speak with one of our experts, who will help ensure you get the right materials for your project. Please have the measurements of the area you wish to cover or the amount of product you need when calling.
Yes of course! We do have a sample box at the front of our office for your convenience.
If you would like to go into the yard to check out the big piles, please let an employee know before going on to the lot. We do have heavy machinery being operated on site and your safety is our main concern.
Yes! You can either stop by our location, or we can send you a link to pay via email. Just make sure the person picking it up knows your first and last name, the product, and the amount you purchased.
